Jessica Gareis
Managing Director
About Me
Ms. Jessica has been a part of our team since 2015. She has been working with children for over 15 years and has been in the ECE field for over 10 years. Ms. Jess has earned a degree in Psychology from Thomas Edison State University and has completed several credited courses in Special Education and Child Development at The College of New Jersey. She started in our center as a Lead Toddler Teacher and has grown into the administrative field over the years. Her main responsibility is overseeing the daily operations of the center as well as Marketing and Sales which includes Family Engagement and Enrollment. Jill Medica
Teaching Director
About Me
Ms. Jill has been a part of our team since 2017. She has over 25 years of experience in the ECE field, a Preschool CDA, and a Liberal Arts degree. Her main responsibility is mentoring our teaching staff to ensure effective classroom management, to guide the development and implementation of The Creative Curriculum, to provide ongoing staff support to enhance their skills and to foster a positive working environment. Taylor Orban
Curriculum Director
About Me
Ms. Taylor has been a part of our team since 2018. She has a BA in Elementary Education and English from The College of New Jersey, as well as many years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Formerly our Lead Pre-K teacher, she is currently our Curriculum Director.
